They were a dime a dozen on ebay when I bought mine. Maybe find a guy that makes one similar for other vehicles. He may still have the marauder font for a print off.

I used to clean my IAC and MAF all the time with the MAF cleaner. The K&N filter would gum it up.

If the last 6 of the VIN are 622443, that is my old one and I have the run cert from Ford Performance.
