My '02 looks exactly like one in the picture in the first post. Is that some other type of porous metal or is that ref to MM.

I bought the dealer item, $310(total) on the wholesale (jobber) rate. The regular rate was $360 w/o tax I won't open the box til Saturday, when I'll do the installation.... Thanx for all the replies....

Are you meaning 2001 and forward or Up to 2002, which is the year of my car....... I saw Exlpoder intakes on Ebay, are these comparable, or a different design I'll call around today also to see what's available locally...............

I'm so sorry I didn't graduate to a Marauder yet but..... I have a cracked inlet/exit nipple at the rear of the intake. It's the one at the rear that feeds into the heater core. I added a picture to show where it is. I'm sure there's no help for it. It's not split. It just simply disintegrated...
