i was going to take my MM to the dealer this week for a tranny fluid filter change. i have almost 130,000 on the clock and i think the last time it was done was 60,000. some of my "gearhead" friends keep saying not to do it, changing the fliud will only make it worse??

i tried regular canuba wax with no luck. i have some turtle wax rubbing compound i could try? it seems really in there thow like almost under the clear coat.

mine is leaking slightly the same way. i pulled the fill plug out of the pumpkin to fill it and more oil actually came out. its deffintly not a big leak, dosnt even drip.

got eagle eye brand from rockauto i beilve. havnt fogged up yet.....

just used this stuff on my whinning mustang PS pump, and it worked great no noise anymore and even the steering is more firm, gotta hand it to Lucas

i was there but took my mustang, the MM was dirty lol. its always a good turn out. ive seen over 1500 cars there last summer.

i have the same filter, kinda regreting not getting a JLT, im sure if you look on the K&N website and find a filtered end with the same opening size.

there are rubber isolators attached to the mufflers. i took mine off when i installed my aero's. i feel way more exhaust vibration at idle through the floor boards. but the vibration comes and goes at idle like you described. its almost like my idle is too low...

very true, i priced it out a while ago. i believe it was fairly inexpensive

ive noticed the best way to do a breakstand with it stock is to be rolling at like 5MPH and then slam the brake and gas at the same time. this allows some of the weight to move to the front and you actually get the tires to spin fast instead of the 3,000RPM's it likes to sit at.

funny ive never had this problem with any of my fords maybe because they have all been a little older 86 f-150, 93 SHO, 89CV, 87 Mustang, 89mustang, and MM. i did have a window switch problem easy fix....
