    Soundtrack

LOL, no offense to anyone but the demographic for the Marauder sure fits most of the songs you all suggest. From this I can tell most posting here are in early 40's to late 50's. Aging baby boomer all! LOL I am one too. 1956! Best, Paul:D

    Introduction

No no, SINCE this pic was taken I bought a set of 17" wheels....not on the car yet. The wheels you see are BBS 14" honeycombs. I'm still in resto mode with this car. Waiting for NOS carpet right now from Germany. Since that pic I've rebuilt the frontend, installed a full set of Bilstein Sport...

    Introduction

Ok Russ, I'll confess: 1984 633Csi 5 speed. It's a wallet inhaler, LOL. Rust free car from New Mexico I'm bringing back to it's former glory. Previous owner was a slob, lots of cleanup, fresh interior and on and on. Since this pic was taken I installed a set of Bilstein sports all around...

It takes great willpower to keep the car for good weather/summer use. It's taking greater willpower now to not take the Marauder out. I hate salty roads and rusty cars, and the Marauder is a long-term purchase. I would like to have it paid for with as few miles as possible. I go to local shows...

Mass get together sounds good. Check out www.crownvic.net Crown Vics/Grand Marquis/Marauders. We have a big crew and get together often. Some meets have had close to 50 cars. I look forward to meeting you in better driving weather. BTW, we've got our share of potholes here in Gardner as well...

LOL. I've heard all kinds of Marauder pricing strategy. They are not going to sell the car at a price point below that of the Grand Marquis LSE, or Crown Vic Sport, regardless of net hearsay, nor will they sell at a loss. I'm all for getting a good deal, but we're not talking basic...

    Traction control

Stanley, if you have driven and liked the Marauder, I do not think you will be disappointed. What else is out there like it? Nothing............... Buy and enjoy, fact is no matter what you have, someone else will have something faster, or better equipped. Keep your eyes on this side of the...

    Traction control

My sticker makes no mention of Traction Control, if the car was so equipped, there should be a switch to the left of the steering wheel next to the switch for the power pedals. If no switch, no traction control. MercuryVehicles.com website, Marauder section says: That's as close as they come...

No Marauder winters for me, I shuddered just driving it home from the dealer last Thursday eve. Luckily the roads are dry but coated in calcium chloride and salt. I traded a 2001 CV Sport on the Marauder. In the 19 months I owned the Sport, it was driven a total of 2830 miles, no winters, no...

    Introduction

Some of you here may know me, I'm an admin at CVN. I've been lurking for a while, and registered when the board was new. Lots of good info, and now post because as of last Thursday, I finally got my Marauder! Traded in my 2001 CV Sport. I'm looking forward to posting more here and learning from...

    Marauder Long Tube Headers

What can you tell about installation issues? I'd do this myself if I bought the headers and H-pipe. Please let us know. Best, Paul :-)
