    Anyone familiar with the F-150?

+2 on the heater core and EGR...I have a 2000 with 190K miles...Lost the heater core this past winter and had the EGR problems a few years ago. Also lost the A/C so now the truck mostly sits as a utility vehicle and no longer my daily. But she was a good one and never left me stranded.

    Aeroforce Interceptor

Thank's for the feedback and endorsement....Any MM sponsor members sell these are a preferred vendor? Lethal Performance appears to be one potential source but if there is a sponsored member that sells them, I'll certainly consider them... Oh, and before I rip out the boost gauge, in that I...

    Aeroforce Interceptor

Looks like after further research the LC-1 basic package ($199) fits the bill for interfacing to the aeroforce. So, shopping cart: Aeroforce dual gauge setup Innovate Motorsports LC-1 EDIT: Also found this...a unit specifically for the Aero....Anyone use it...

    Aeroforce Interceptor

Is Fuel PSI available via OBDII? And isn't coolant temp available on the stock gauge in the instrument cluster? I know not exact #, but at least a gross determination of good/bad.

    Aeroforce Interceptor

Going to purchase an Aeroforce Interceptor setup...Probably looking at two. Trilogy install I currently have Autometer gauges in a triple console pod showing Oil PSI, Boot PSI and Volts. I'd like to stay away from Pillar gauges if possible as this car is my daily and I like to keep it as...

Sick of Smoky startup - can I change valve seals with heads ON THE CAR?

Can someone elaborate on the wrong instructions for Trilogy or point me to a thread? I have a trilogy install and get the puff of blue smoke on startup. Going to likely install the Steeda PCV filter, but want to make sure my install is correct to begin with.

    My MM is falling apart!

Yeah I ran the EATC diagnostic and no codes were available. Ran it twice. My compressor is not running so I'm thinking during storage of the vehicle the freon leaked out and the low pressure switch is keeping it from running. This weekend I hope to investigate further.

    My MM is falling apart!

Quite possible....I take Tryon/64 often to pick up my son in Apex. Had to be a weekend, as I've been out of the Country the past three or four work weeks. Hope I wasn't picking my nose or something equally gross :D Surprised I didn't see you...Always on the prowl for Chargers, Challengers...

    My MM is falling apart!

Jim, And to answer one of your specific questions, no, the AC compressor is not turning or engaged. I suppose I should check: Low pressure switch (jumper) Fuse Harness connected Tune issue? (Don't tunes turn off the A/C at WOT? what if this new tune is fubared and it's turning off A/C all...

    My MM is falling apart!

Sage advice from a 10 year old ;) Honestly, I'm new to the Trilogy and this car, so before I bothered Lidio, I wanted to make sure it wasn't a trivial answer that everyone on here but me knew :D

    My MM is falling apart!

Prior to Fastlane, I had two Lidio tunes...a 90 octane with milder shift points and a 93 octane, plus the standard. I'm hoping fastlane overwrote the 90 octane when they loaded theirs and not the 93 octane. I've been out of the country for a month, and when in town working 14 to 16 hours a...

    My MM is falling apart!

Thanks everyone for the great advice....I'll start knocking them out one by one... Could someone confirm the need or non-need to change the tune? I have a 93 octane Lidio tune for the S/C, but went with the custom tune from a Dyno shop on the suggestion by some that I would need to after...

    Can You Spell G-E-N-E-R-A-T-O-R?

FYI, depending on the style load control the power company is using, you can most times pull the cover off the AC unit and jumper the two wires from the load control box the power company put in. The load control simply interrupts the 'ON' signal from your house thermostat. Jumper it and it's...

    Always something never nothing

What was involved in that swap? I still have the entire OEM fan motor/relay assembly as only my shroud was busted. While the Dorman has served me well, I'd like to know just in case, what's involved in swapping out. Did you swap just the relay or the motor/relay?

    Always something never nothing

Going from memory (which ain't so great nowadays), OEM was $550+ for the shroud/motor unit. The Dorman was $217 I believe.

    My MM is falling apart!

The Lidio tune was for S/C but with standard exhaust manifolds. I was told by several on this board that after getting SW headers I'd need to get a re-tune. That'd be great if I could just dump back my 93 octane tune from Lidio.
