Thanks for all the replies. Come to think of it I had an IAC go bad on a 96 4.6 Tbird, and it had similar symptoms.

03 MM, 29k and stock. Has happened three times since so far, purchased last april. It has only occured when backing out of a parking space with the wheel cut to back out. Starts right back up and everything is normal. Any ideas? Thanks!
