Don't forget to let the system sit for at least 30 min minimum after vacuuming it out with the gauge connected to verify no leaks before recharging. No sense wasting refrigerant if you don't have to! Wags

Have you checked the rear rotors as well? Don't know if you have replaced those as well. Warped rear rotors will also pulsate when stopping and sometimes hard to tell if front or rear causing it. Wags

If all of the above check out, one other culprit could be a broken/bad motor mount. Especially if taking off with a lot of throttle. Motor can pivot some, bind the throttle linkage and stay sort of "stuck" until torque is reduced (usually when shifting). Just something I have seen a few times...
