Whats everyones opinion for the best programmer/turner for 2003 Marauder?

Thanks to all who replied, little low on 134R and blower motor control module went bad all at once. All fixed now!

My 2003 is has a blower that will only work and high and the AC compressor will not engage. This problem came all at once. Where and what do I need to look to find out how to getting is to work again.

Both front power window are working on and off. I was told there is a relay for the front power windows on a 2003 MM. Can anyone tell me where the relay is located. Thanks for any help.
