Damn there's a lot of conflicting information on airbag codes. Most of the ones I found said passenger seat belt pre-tensioner, but some said driver's side. Look for any cables under the seat(s) and make sure they're clicked in.

Get rid of those "lumps of lead" terminals. I had all kinds of electrical gremlins on my 2000 GMQ because of them. Installed proper band-style clamps like the factory used and all my issues disappeared.

FYI, the factory thermostat for the Marauder is 188°. I still have the one I took out when I first got it tuned.

I never give out my landline number and it's been enough years that I can guarantee every call is a robocaller or a Microsoft "technician" telling me my computer is AFU.
@ the OP: that line from the alternator to the battery stud on the BJB isn't just a piece of wire. It also has 2 #12 fusible links in parallel with each other, in series with the #6 red wire. DON'T replace it with just plain wire.
