The Machined and Satin finish pedals are machined from 1/8", which is the thinnest material to be considered billet. The Grid, Block and Cleats are machined from 3/16". Brian

Bending these is no problem. You don't need heat. They are not going to break. We bend them here in the shop to get the curve in them initially. Once installed they will be up against your factory pedal. Almost fifteen years doing this and I've never once heard of one of our pedals...
