Yeah, I should have replaced this sooner. It's been busted up for awhile. Wife likes to use the console for support while getting into and out of the car. Definitely was not designed for that. This one will do nicely.

Looking for a good grille, any color, header panel, left headlight and marker, and maybe a front bumper cover for our Blue '03. Lights need to be nice, the rest is negotiable. :bigcry:

I have the R4S pads on all four corners on my '03. Been there a couple years now, I and have never heard them squeal. When I installed them, I did replace all four rotors with factory new. But otherwise, nothing fancy.

I am in the SoCal area (not far from D'Land), and still have a few silicone O-Rings left in my stash.

The Cobra 31-spline unit can be had for <$200, and the 31-spline axles are only slightly more expensive than the 28-spline axles. When this happened to my '03, it quickly became obvious what needed to happen, along with the 4.10s. I couldn't be happier with the outcome.

Tousley Ford has them for ~$215 for the set. These are what I used when my '03 started randomly misfiring and there were no codes to tell me which ones were failing. (Turned out 3 of 'em were bad.)...

Your mileage may vary, I suppose. You might notice that the article was changed to recommend the silicone O-rings after I had to do mine the second time. The silicone ones are still in service. To my mind, it's not worth half-assing it to save $5...
