Does anybody have an axle housing for sale or rent in the Northern California area? It doesn't need to have good gears and bearings, I just want a housing that hasn't been wrecked.
I am looking for a reference to mock up a 9" Ford housing without pulling the axle out of my car and downing it for a month while fabrication and parts juggling happens.
If you've got an axle that you don't want to part with, but are willing to let me borrow it for a month I would be glad to pick it up as well as return it and give you something for the favor.
