I pm'd Jay about a week ago about a minor heatshield issue and he sent me out a new one, no questions asked....Jay, your customer service is outstanding. I have had the JLT CAI/RAI for almost a year now and still love it....I have cleaned it once and it still puts a smile on my face!!!
