London / St.Thomas Ontario area ???

Hey folks:

im flying into the Toronto / London / St.Thomas area next week to see my daughter Graduate from the Police College in Aylmer Ontario. Wondering if there were any members that would like to grab a coffee if time permits? I would also like to visit the old factory site in St Thomas just to say i did. snap a pic or two maybe.

Where are you flying in from?
 
I'm coming in from Alberta, she will be stationed in Belleville Ontario once she's finished at the college. very proud of that kiddo. Wish I was staying longer in the area, i like to explore new places. I've only ever been to Toronto and Vaughn for training years ago. guess I've got a trip to visit Belleville coming in the fall maybe.
 
The Best Western Stoneridge Inn up the road was always very accomodating to the Panther community and our "shenanigans" (aka drinking) when we'd go tour the plant.
St. Thomas Dragway down the road in Sparta was also very accomodating and quite honestly a nice place to watch some quarter-mile racing.
Can't remember much else in the area, lots of fields and not a ton of great restaurants around...then again, my last visit was '14.
 
Ive been on the dragway site and that track looks like a great draw for the area. I do a lot of racing in my area of Alberta. ill visit there for sure. thank you ADAM for the input.
 
We had a lot of good times in that area.
