Hey guy's,
I just got a mailing from the Party Tyme Cruzers announcing the 2011 Oktoberfest in downtown Belleville on Friday, September 24th. I thought maybe we could make this are last get together before the winter. Cost is $10.00 per car. They get a pretty good turnout
What do you think?

Great idea Eric. Unfortunately, I am going to be in Colo Springs that week. Can we plan something in your area arount the Oct 1st & 2nd weekend?
 
this is usually a really good car show. Last year there were about 150 cars. I'm probably working but if not I'd be willing to be there. Since its in the town I work in I'll be able to leave my car there as well.
 
Im in. Come on John get your priorities straight marauders come first. lol. Also Eric wanted me to mention that he typed the wrong day it is saturday the 24th.

Not gonna work for me! Thats the same day as the MAR (Mid-America Raceway) show in Montgomery City at the spot of the new race track. Already told the owner I would be there. Gotta smooze with the owner in hopes of having any specail privelages say like a track day.
 
i would love to go, but sadly, my marauder isnt worthy of being a car show (yet :) ) but i might still show up and hang out for a while.
 
I will be able to go this time... But I'm thinking of bringing my truck and the marauder, but I'm like the guy in the last post mines is not show material.. My truck is a head turner :)

Never let a little thing like 'daily driver' slow you down. I go to shows for the fun. Send her thru the car wash and go!

+1 on that! Just cause you all kinds of stuff done it's still a MM. Sure wish it was a different day so I could make it.
 
Don't worry about it not being worthy, I am sure it looks good, after all it is a Marauder. I hope you can make it. I don't think there have been any Marauders there that I know of.

So how did the gathering go guys? Wish I could have been there however the show I went to for the new track ended up being well over 500 cars. They had the whole main drag in Montgomery city packed with cars people cruising up and down the strip and doing burnouts (best show Ive been to in years) they also annouced that ground has been broke for the new track and it will be ready in the spring.. OH YES. Oh yea got to see a Viper in the burnout contest smokin till his tires were done. Hope we have another gathering before the end of fall.
 
It was a good time but only 150 car where there but still i fun time. next time spread the word of shows sooner so we dont make this mistake again. I blame it on Todd. LOL. Oh ya and a new guy joined us.
