I'm creating the convoy video right now, from the hotel to the AACA museum. That almost went off without a hitch, just a minor hitch tho.

Probably won't see it till tomorrow. Its big. Makin it move double time.

Sorry for the Horribly BAD quality, but I snagged this from my cam corders viewing window with my phone out of frustration not getting the cam corder and the laptop to communicate, shortly before my DV tape jammed in the cam corder! Frustrated here. I'll try to retrieve what's on there later.

Interesting at 2X speed. It didn't feel like a 25 minute road trip when we did it. I would have guessed 15 minutes. Time flies when your having fun.:beer:

Great video Chris !!! That is scary at 2X. You have good brakes on that DTR. :rofl: When did you all decide to run blocking maneuvers at the traffic lights? Guess I missed that meeting.

Me too .... 54. Awesome. One Silver Birch without lights in the #14 spot. Who was that??? Guess everyone didn't read the "Convoy Tips".

and car #39 had a fog light out.....I was surprised....I only saw about 3 or 4 cars with HID's....I thought they were more popular around here than that.

That was a great vid....how did you mount the camera, as I am looking for a different way to capture our little drives down here. That was a great view.

He had it mounted out on the drivers side either between windows or on the left rear window like the flags holders from what I could see while behind him......looked almost like an LEO's RADAR UNIT --kept folks a bit leary who weren't with"us"...real cool idea --hopefully Chris will explain a bit later.....

It was on the paint in the corner of the roof. Or in the top corner of the windshield. I'm leaning towards the windshield as it wasn't raining that day so the wiper wouldn't be on to hit it.

Yes suction mount. My camera is a GoPro Hero. The suction cup is supposed to be good to 200mph.
