well guys i wanted to show you some pics of a white marauder that was inpounded from 1 of my pirvate propertys accounts that was left abandon without tags on the car? after doing a search the driver was pulled over for driving while suspended and arrested. and leaving the car where he did they wanted it off the property. so after towing it and running a check on the car we filed a tow lein on it and if the owner dosent come to claim it soon. the wifey will have a new beast to drive around in! this used to be a SB but was painted a pearl white with dark grey inside, at first i thought this was a clone in till i poped the hood and opened the door and seen it was a real marauder so the wifey told the boss she wanted it and when the lein gose thru she`ll be a proud owner of a 03 marauder like mines but she wants it repainted DTR ,so i have some work to do when it`s hers!

It looks pretty good....shoulda left the chrome trim alone under the brake lights and needs some pinstriping to break up the marshmallow look, though. S55 treament instead of black-outs, too. JMHO....

Would've been just fine as an SB! How many miles on it?
 
It would be a shame to paint that DTR, if anything maybe try to trade someone for an actual DTR or a black one that could be repainted. I would even consider trading you my black MM so that it could be repainted.
 
to awnser the question to chi town. when we inpound a car, my company put a tow lein on it so that we can make sure that we get paid for services rendered but if the owner of the car dosen`t come and pay the tow bill before the auction date the is set thru the tow lein and all the paper work is filed correctly to the state of florida the state will issue a new title in my company name and then forth we can sell said car to uptain the money for the outstanding tow and storage bill. so this vehical owner has about 3 weeks till we own it and then my wife will start driving it after its clean up and maybe repainted! and it has 144k on the milage

You don't know what might have been going on in that 'Rauder's past...
 
Ive always been fascinated with white Marauders. I remember seein this same car on craiglist years ago in Miami. The key to make a white Marauder look good is having the stock MM wheels powdercoated white, Moonroof, spoiler, S55 Taillight Treatment, Light Flint seats, Limo Tints all around and u have a winner. Im not a fan of the darkerened out front headlights though on this white MM. Also ive been noticing alota white MM's either have a white or black grill.

At MV9 Steve Babcock commented that WHITE was a high probability of being the next MM color if the program hadn't been terminated early.
 
Man white looks damn good. But if you do take possesion of it. As good as it looks. Might want to repaint it incase the previous disgruntled owner see you driving around.

Just cuz he was driving on a suspended license doesnt make him a bad guy. Maybe he was just down on his luck and got popped over something minor. Good luck stealing that mans car.

Yup. I think it would have been a great choice. A clean white car is shap looking, but like black, it's very hard to keep it that way.

^^^^^^^^^What I was about to say---so it gives you an idea of it's looks---but I do not like it--White and RED are not car colors to me ---there is so many white cars--well lthere ya go----now a sand/brown or some type of green may have been a better choice IMOP.......

...........and on another note----How in the world can someone have a nice clean car on the outside and totally forget about the inside under the hood----re-look at it!!----That engine bay is a discrace!!!
 
There is no way in hell i would let a loved one drive it as is ,as you may be targeted by the previous/owner.
 
Doesn't the law require you to contact the current owner before stealing his car? I think the right thing to do would be this. If after he is contacted and still cannot pay, well...

Unfortunately, you seem to be doing everything you can to steal it...

Three weeks is pretty quick. I don't remember the exact details now, but in NYS its much longer and a attempt must be made to contact the owner via registered mail at the last known address. Of course most of the vehicles that fall into this are junk to begin with.
 
Yeah the law may favor you but it might be worth spending 100 bucks of your time to track down the guy/gal and warn them they are about to loose it. Could be in jail, in the hospital, at his fathers funeral in Alaska, etc. Make them join MM.net as payment. :)

Somebody loves that car. If he's a good guy he'll get screwed. If he's a bad guy, well that's how action movies start. Either way you'll want a clear conscience when the title transfers.

Not that I blame you for wanting it. Looks good.
