I hate the steering wheels in the Marauders...yea, I said it. Are there any other steering wheels from say and Mariner, Mountaineer, ect that may work in a Marauder? I'd like to retain the ability to control the stereo and HVAC from the wheel as well.

what don't you like about it? I've honestly thought the marauder steering wheel was much better compared to same-type kind of cars. if you're comparing it to a high end mercedes, porche or exotic, well then yeah

Actually ALL Air Bag wheels are ugly. There's only so much you can do design-wise with that great big lump of ugly in the middle... :shake:

I believe the new edge mustangs use the same shaft size. A member on CVN recently swapped his wheel for one out of an 03/04 cobra.

I liked the Marauder wheel till about 80 thousand miles, now it is worn slick. I put a slip on wheel cover on it but even for my big paws it was too bulky, and I had a fear of it slipping around the wheel at the wrong time. I'd love to find a replacement wheel.

That's the one I have. In the wife's mountaineer
I spend too much time looking for cops and not enough on the appearance of the steering wheel I guess.
Buttons are all there, they work. My foot and gas peddle take care of the rest. I'm easy to please......
