There is a initial design cost, then the product plus the drop shipping and sorting out the different colors and then the shipping on Jim's end of everyone's order. If people post up showing interest and cause Jim to spend the money for designs, then open ordering and only 1/4 of those people come forward. That's money wasted and its not worth it, this is likely why he hasn't followed up on this.

It's been the story of group buys lately, perhaps some rules should be put in place when it comes to showing interest, but not serious about committing.

The problem is that there are over 100 people interested and then once the leg work is done and the ordering thread is opened, only 1/4 of the "interested" will commit. My mechanic shirt thread proved this.

I don't recall seeing an order thread ??? Did I miss it....

I believe this company can make a quality product if given the image. In their youtube tutorial they mention having custom designs made. Maybe give them a call and see if they can produce a Marauder one. If they have "Hello Kitty" then they should be willing to do MARAUDER!!

I don't even have a Marauder yet. Someone asked, I did a quick search and there it was. I wouldn't have a problem putting up $500 for 10 sets, but being that I don't have a car for 1 pair, it's kind of useless for me to do that, unless I wanted to become a vendor.
