So what date are we having the meet? Unfortunately i leave California for good March 27th so my time is limited. I hope we can work out a place and date that will work for everybody.

Ok everyone. Looks like its going to be March 15th in Santa Cruz. Im going to be checking some places out and confirm on here in a few days. Unless someone has an idea of a place to meet. Let me know.

Last I heard it was Santa Cruz, Mar. 15.
Here some suggestions.
1. Meet at Canepa's Museum at 10-11. http://www.canepa.com/collection/museum_10_2/index.html
2. eat lunch on Mission Blvd., maybe Mission BBQ
3. Meet again at Natural Bridges State Park, they have a fairly big parking lot for a photo op although I'm not sure of the photo angles.
4. cruise West Cliff Drive
5. Maybe stop at the light house. Parking there can be busy, maybe at another parking lot just up the road?
6. Cruise the wharf, well, you will have a traffic jam at the end, although there is a turn around area, it could get jammed with a bunch of cars. Mid-wharf there is a bigger parking area on the east side. Maybe a photo op. I think that if you stay on the wharf less that 1/2 hour or maybe it is 1 hour. The parking is free. Also, if you don't want to eat lunch on Mission, Stagnaro's and the Riva serve food to go.
7. Cruise Beach Street by the Boardwalk and if you are inclined, park and check out the Boardwalk.

A call out to Fred, you live in that area, do you have any ideas?

These are just ideas, not a plan, I don't want this to be Rod's tour of Santa Cruz.

Sorry guys. Ive been really busy and was unable to plan out.
Thanks to Redster we have somewhat of a plan. Im good with all thats listed. Hope everyone else feels the same. Speak up or this is how its goin down. :)

Hi Ho Redstar:

Good sugestions..am partial to the SC wharf, ample parking space at the end of the wharf..do not expect much traffic in March.

Ideal restaurant serves excellent lunches.

But its up to you folks to decide.
