Shipping & PayPal fees

I've had some questions about shipping fees and PayPal fees.

My policy:

• I never ask anyone to include the PayPal fee, usually 3%. My prices for sales or service takes into account the PayPal fee.
• All my items for sale and my services are priced with shipping included.
• The only time I would charge for return shipping is if I provide free work.
