I need a tuner - recommendation

I am looking for a smart and reliable custom tuner that uses SCT software so we can load an initial tune my new Eaton equipped, MMR Built motor. I would like to have a tune emailed so, I can drive to a tuning facility for further tuning. I purchased an SCT Livewire to load the tunes.

Does anybody have a recommendation for a really good cobra motor tuner to get me going? I just want a base tune based on my information below. My motor is similar to many of the Eaton swaps I have seen on this forum but below is a list of the additions.
1. Ported heads
2. SCT Big Air MAF 90 mm
3. AccuFab Cobra throttle body and elbow
4. Headers
5. 60 Lb Ford Racing Injectors
6 Eaton blower with 4 lb increase pulleys

I understand custom tune files could be emailed and loaded by me with this tuning device.
