"the best way to solve the problem is to log the Load under a whole bunch of different steady driving conditions. This will give your tuner enough information to scale the Load_With_Failed_MAF table.
When you first press the throttle, you get an inrush of air that the MAF doesn't detect right away, because the MAF isn't instantaneous, especially with big changes (my BB/S injectors/MAF etc). In order to compensate for this delay, when you first hit the throttle, the PCM assumes the MAF can't respond, so it looks up the Load from the LWFM table and uses that to calculate how much fuel to deliver for a few miliseconds until the MAF can catch up."
So I am talking to the tuner to see what they can do otherwise I am sending to another shop to re-do the tune.
