That shouldn't be a problem.

Just need to find the right wires.

Simplist way I can think of would be to wire them into the front turn signal wires at the multi-function switch or if you can find them behind the left kick panel.

All the mirrors that I have seen with built in turn signal LEDs you cannot see them from the drivers seat.

I've seen the factory installed mirror turn signals where the LED's are recessed into the mirror assembly or the mirrors are ported with the LED's. This way the driver does not see the LED's in the mirrors when activated, which would be blinding at night otherwise.
Question: Are these "snap-on" mirror turn signal indicators surface mounted ? What is the glare factor to the driver at night ?

These mirrors look and install as a OEM replacement mirror.

It is not the whole mirror, it is the replacment heated glass and it looks just like the OEM piece except for the indicator LED's
