Swapped the blower resistor (transistor) module out. Few dropped screws, tools and F-Bombs and part contortion to get it done.

What is going on Buckeyes? Were back in OH south of Columbus as of 2021. Miss the all the activity in the CLE area though.

FIXED, my bad, a wire tap I put on the brake BOO switch wire apparently reduced the gauge of the factory wire when pinched and decided to get warm and melt the tap. Time to pull out the soldering iron and correct this and other higher current taps I put in for remote start.

I have a theory on why these burn out, but need to ask a question. Do you use Max AC with fan set to less than HI? I suspect the transistor is not getting cool outside air across it, per hvac diagrams, thus it is overheating. When normal AC is selected, outside air is flowing across the transistor.
