Good eye! I didn't notice that at first, but you're right! Not to mention the fact that it's illegal in all 50 states to have the entire windshield tinted.

The seven grand probably included the body work necessary to salvage it from the wreck (hence the "rebuilt title" it has). I wonder if it still has functioning safety airbags. I doubt it.

Clerical errors are not factual errors in regards to the nature and type of violation and the identity of the person cited for that violation. In other words, they will not result in the dismissal of the charge (at least not in Texas).
