Meguires Aluminum Hot Wheels. Spray it on and use a wheel brush to agitate the grime off. It works pretty fast...

Wouldn't my shifts be very weak if I had no line pressure? As I said, when the buzz occurs, the 1-2 shift is INTENSE. It winds out about 300rpms over normal and shifts so hard the change in my console rattles.
