New motor for PURPLE PANTHER

[Triple Threat]

Picked up the new motor from Dez Racing yesterday.
It is a Boss 50 block stroked to 324 c.i. with Lunati crank, Manley H beam rods,Ross custom pistons,with 9.9/1 compression and billet oil pump.It also has a new front cover with a billet 3 bolt tensioner pulley.
The heads are from a 04 and CNC ported with custom grind cam shafts.The intake is port matched.
The plan is to tune the car with 80# injectors and C-16 gas with 16-18
lbs. boost.
If every thing goes as planned ( which never happens ) we should get about 700 RWHP.

Dont know how I missed this! Congras Joe, sounds awesome yet again. Yeah the picture isn't much to look at, I'd never guess it had those high end goodies in it.

Hoosier DR's - MSD coils - 6 bolt flywheel - big injectors - Thump billet tensioner ? Nice!! I love the FRPP coil covers.

Yes you are correct. 4v coils are straight. Joe you need to return those. Also that flywheel has 8 bolts in it (duh) I had said 6...

These coils are whay they sent for a 4V but i will get the correct ones monday.Thank you.
