+1 for the GE Nighthawks. Philips XTremeVision are good too. To improve visibility, go for a +90% or higher bulb with an unfiltered glass envelope. ie no blue filter which actually cuts some lumens output/lux. Both the Nighthawks and the XtremeVision have unfiltered envelopes.
