    You're being watched!!!

Hi Smokie! Yours is not the first post to warn about the dangers of discussing politics here. I haven't said this before, but your (and others') fear of political discussion at MM.net makes me wonder what is talked about when MM owners get together. Is it Marauder/Nascar/garage talk, all the...

    Toronto Tint recommendations

Hi QWK SVT I haven't ever done a tint for the reason TTA mentioned- I've seen too many crappy jobs. I do think dealers will do it. I work in Brampton- if you're in the area, let me know and we can get together.

    May 19th Gas Out

Thanks for that info! We COULD apply real pressure by making this a public policy issue. Oh- and RF, c'mon, this getting jerked around by oil producers was going on LONG before Bush (either one).

    May 19th Gas Out

Well said! Everything is safer, cleaner, etc., but for some types of politicians and voters ;) it is never enough. It will never be enough.

    Raced 3 Harleys tonight:

Billy, I'm with you. I've done the same thing (just one bike, not the MM). When I read your story I was picturing myself on the street, keeping up with the guy while keeping safe distances and not endangering others. I've heard so many stories here about 120+ mph public road driving that it...

    May 19th Gas Out

Gas prices James, up here in Canada (see my avatar) we'd be in the range of India and Brazil.

    May 19th Gas Out

Last Friday I paid $1.02 Cdn for a litre (I ef fin hate metric) of Sunoco 94, or about $2.92 US/US gallon. When it comes to gas prices, we all dance at the end of a string... :depress:. But what the hell— I knew this baby was going to guzzle nothing but the finest gas before I ordered it...

I think I found a team we can all support?

McMaster Marauders McMaster University is my alma mater! I was graduated in 1980 (B. Comm) I remember drinking a bit of plonk at the football games    :rasta: It was nothing like US college ball, though. 500-1000 fans was average for regular season games, but we partied...

Tired of reading about Dealership grips

Dealers Hi Pete No need for a flame suit. Just let me say that 1. My company has bought several cars from the dealer I got my MM from. I won't mention any names, but the initials are Donway Ford. The service manager there told me that the swirls on the paint were from me washing the car...

    Marauder Wave

'Course not! Just remember though, if it's the ballpark wave, grab the wheel with your teeth. ;)

    Destroyed a subwoofer

If you have to 'toast' a subwoofer, Slow Ride is a great song to do it with! ;)

    Horsepower increase

Can anyone estimate numbers for HP and torque (on a stock car) after a Diablo chip, Steeda pulleys, and Ford 4.10's? Thanks.

    A night at the track

Track times carfixer, your sig says 14.29 and you mentioned 9.5's, I'm confused!

    Beware of these cars:

I think the Marauder is a fine car. I also owned a 96 Impala SS. I hope we can all agree that you can like both of them.

    RIP Oldsmobile

Goodbye, Olds The first new car I owned was a 1980 Cutlass Supreme, dark navy, white landau roof, buckets and a beautiful 350. Thanks, Ransom!

    Beware of these cars:

I have, and I have no problem saying that from the factory, stoplight to stoplight, my stock 96 Impala SS was faster than my 03 MM. On curvy roads, the MM wins, no contest. Quarter mile— haven't tried it in either one.

    Why!?

I loved my 96 SS (w/flr shift RC ;)) in DGGM. I think the picture might be a DCM 96. It was faster off the line than my Marauder, but was 'plainer' inside. I still believe that there's room in the heavyweight corral for both!

    1965 Impala SS

Beauty, man! Those 60's Impalas rocked. Nice to hear he liked your MM!

    A compelling Question:

I think it's sad that some records from the late 20th century and later are drug-assisted. Aaron was one of the last real record holders. I would not ask for bans though, as I'm a libertarian at heart.
