On Sunday, October 5th 2008, the Roamin' Ponies Mustang Club will roll down to Ford of Brattleboro (exit 3 off I91 in VT) for the 6th Annual "Cruz-in the Country" Car Show and Poker Run!

This event will support our local chapter of the United Way.

There will be BBQ food, LIVE radio broadcast, prizes & raffles!

You may register your vehicle into the Poker Run OR into the Car Show.

Registration: 8:45-9:45

Poker Run Starts: 100

Best FIVE hands win!

Car Show & Poker Run open to ALL makes of cars, trucks & motorcycles!

$15 early reg. (print out the mail-in registration form below)

$20 day of the show.

Come on over and show your support for this worthy cause and have
some fun at the same time!

If you can't make the show, consider a $10 donation in the club's name at www.unitedwaywindham.org

It's been a long time since I've seen any Marauders around here, so it would be good to see a bunch of you folks there!!!

You are given directions to a location to drive to.

Once there, you receive a playing card and directions to the next location.

You follow the route one stop at a time and collect a "poker hand", usually with 2 extras for discard.

Best 5 hands win a prize.

It's a lot of fun.

Plus you get to cruise around with a bunch of cool cars!

I'll be putting her away for the season at the end of Oct. so this sounds like a good last run. My wife and I will be there. Filling out the form now. :D

Wife and I had a nice time and look forward to more events. We both walked away with prizes, cheese basket for Sharon and best in class for the Marauder :beer:
