My mom was in college and my future dad (mom's future husband) was between wars. Mom's first car was a 1948 Buick Roadmaster Convertible. (stock image). Mobile Phone equipment being installed in a car starts at 7:18.

So cool! Did you see the size of the Send/Receive units they were installing! They were HUGE! It's amazing how much miniaturizing has been done over the years. Thanks for sharing. :)
