Little piece of advice, take it forever it's worth, not sure you'll gain a lot of interest with a non refundable deposit for a test drive. I totally get where your coming from, and I somewhat agree. But I think not mentioning that or enforcing it, will open you up to more potential buyers. Nonetheless, sounds like an awesome beast and I hope it finds a good home

Something like that it's a good idea to have that statement out there, it weeds out the dreamers and BS'ers who'd love to take your car out, flog it, then disappear into thin air when it comes time to commit.

I take that approach when selling stuff with a lot of HP or value. I'm always happy to take folks for a ride but they don't drive it till I see cash in hand.
