85 Trans Am manual to auto conversion

Anyone experienced with this?? My brother has a low mileage 85 305 and a bad left knee. Does the computer need to change?? Does oem shifter have all 4 gears selectable?? Recomended stall speed for easy driver, does it NEED to have a TCC, etc...

Sorry I can't help with the details of the conversion, but you might consider that manual transmission F-bodies are rare and command high prices. You both may be better off selling the car as-is and buying an automatic vehicle. Just a thought.
