A message to Texas Marauder Owners

PoP-PoP 'RAUDER
I was just browsing site and went to photos and clicked on the North Texas Marauders and started browsing the old photos that we took back in 2003-2006 and thought it might be interesting to you folks to take a look and see what can be done when you get a group of Marauder enthusiasts together. I might. also suggest you might like to browse the old threads from the North Texas Marauder Forum in the early days---- no threads have been deleted since we started.
I hope that this may create an interest in revitalizing the Club. Think about it .Start posting if you are interested . I'm getting old and need to pass the torch. Let's get off our butts and have some fun. Maury :help:

Still Here!

I'm still here! Marauder has about 75,000 +/- and does NOT get driven enough. I would meet up it there is interest.

Man! There are some blasts from the pasts. Adam and Rod, how are you guys doing? Didn't know you guys were still on here, but I don't spend as much time as I used to. My Marauder has about 73K on it now, and it's been pushed into daily driver duty for a while, since my daughter wrecked my Durango. Good to hear from you guys!

Sunday breakfast

Just talked to my friend who owns a great restaurant---he'll be glad for us to hold a get to gether any time after the holidays--so, What about a Jan. '15 plan. The food is well prepared and prices are reasonable. We can have our meeting in a separate dining room with one large table--there will be other people in that dining room if we don't fill it up. Our cars can be parked front row-center along Grapevine Hwy--all the space we can fill. Suggested time is 0900-1000. All you new owners out there would be VERY welcome to join us. Location: Bacon's at Hwy 26 at Hurstview Drive in Hurst--easily accessible from all directions. Think about it and let me know who you are so I can make some early plans. This will give you a way to show your cars in the dead of Winter. Keep this thread alive, Maury

This will get you started. Also check out the Dallas Cowboys stadium in Arlington, about 15 mi down I-30 west of Big D if you're into football. They give tours. Even go to Ft Worth about 15 more miles west of the stadium, There is a lot to do here depending on time and money you have to spend. Since it is late fall/winter its a little slow in tourism and the weather might change 3 times in one day but you will be OK

What are the must sees while I am there?

I like the idea of getting together again. Put me down as a maybe.

Since the last meet, I upgraded from that 2000 Supercharged Brown Grand Marquis to a 2003 Silver Trilogy Marauder. And then started modifying it more.

Hey Maury

I'm late to find this thread, but I too am still around. Car is up to 82k miles and on its third engine. i keep thinking Gina and I can get down to Dallas to see you-all, but it's hasn't happened. Hope you are fine, knowing we are all getting older. best regards. John
