I had a car stolen once (1972 351 Cleveland Gran Torino + my favorite hockey skates!) - I know how it feels.
Good luck!!!

What's next on the agenda for your MM Dan?
Okay Daniel, just sent you another $50 so get that back window put in asap.
Here is some free advice -go get your car out of PEP Boys and bring it home. Go over to the local Ford Dealer in your area around 3:30ish-5:00PM. When the mechanics are getting off work/leaving go talk to a couple of them and see if anyone does any work on the side.
Explain to them how your car got stolen and you are really tight on cash. Tell them how these local shops dont know anything about Marauders and see what they say.
If they cant help you out maybe they can refer you to someplace. These guys know who does good work in the area and who doesnt.
I have a Ford Mechanic that handles all my rearend work on my car and it is always perfect because the guy does it everyday. If this doesnt turn up any leads for you then go find a shop that handles and tunes mustangs. Usually these shops know what is going on.
I am very choosy on who works on my car. I know you have a tight budget but Pep Boys is not the way I would go. Just my .02-good luck.

I just got off the phone with them the guy that is working on the car wasn't there yesterday. But I spoke with him today and he said that something in the steering cloumn in causing these lights to come on? Has anyone heard of this before?
Ask them to verify that the VSS signal wire that goes thru the brake light switch is not grounded out. This sounds like a "forgot to hook up something" issue from replacing the column.

This is what Im hoping for, I'll be sure to ask them that.
Has anyone ever had to replace a LCM??? I have been told by the Ford dealership that this could be a reason why my headlights will not come on. yes this is a new issue I have just found out about. Is it really a do it your self type of job??
Definitely the dreaded LCM, PM fastblackmerc
