Hey everyone, I'm new to the forum so I thought I'd introduce myself. My name is James. I actually just bought 03MM's 2003 black 300A last week and have been in the process of getting her shined up (Thanks again, Mark!).

New to the MM, but not new to cars or modding. Past domestics I've owned include a 99 S281SC Saleen, an 06 Pontiac GTO, and an 01 Harley F150.

I am also into tuner cars (Please don't start throwing around "ricer" or anything like that. There is a difference, and we probably hate them more than you do). I currently have a 03 Honda S2000 that is running a custom LoveFab turbo and is set up for circuit racing and an 06 Acura TSX that's lightly tuned as a daily beater. I've got a ridiculous amount of money in the Honda, so I'm no stranger to money pits or high horsepower cars... I'll mention it's for sale but for some reason considering some threads I've read while lurking this isn't the market for it...

I'm a member of Jade Motorsports, and thought I'd also take the time to invite everyone out to the meet this weekend at UTI's campus in Orlando. Info can be found here: http://www.jadecrew.com/events-import-car-shows/orlando-uti-meet-hosted-by-jade-motorsports/
It doesn't matter if its a domestic, import, or euro. The event is free and it's really about just getting out and having a great time with other car guys/gals and their families.

I look forward to learning from all your experience with this platform!

Welcome aboard from a former Orange/Seminole County resident. There's several MM owners in Central Fl. as well as many more throughout the state. You're right about the difference between tuner/ricer.

Thanks! Yeah, Cody is a great guy and fabricator. His Pikes Peak car was nuts with the LS on an NSX chassis was insane. I met him on a trip down here in 05-06 when he was just getting into building his business... He consistently makes great power with his manifolds no matter what platform. I'd love to send the MM to him with an iron block someday... I think I might be afraid of what comes back... :burnout:

He brought the car out to Gingerman last year for their end of the year party....SICK is the only way to describe it!

If you cant make it to marauderville why don't you join us this saturday at Palm beach Raceway for fun ford weekend. You can meet up with a few of us & have a great time and see a few really nice marauders. Theirs a thread on it .

Welcome to the site & Congrats on your purchase .

Thanks! Not a shred of buyers remorse... Ha.

I wish I could make it out to the show this Saturday, but my club is actually putting on a meet with Universal Technical Institute here in Orlando that day... I hope you guys have a great (and safe) time, and I look forward to trying to catch up with some of the meets here in the not too distant future.

Welcome and congrats on your purchase, you should drive to ATL for MV11!

Thanks! I would really like to make it up to ATL, but we have a 2 month old son who is still keeping us primarily homebound at this point. Hopefully I can make it out for MV12 with something to show... Ha ha.
