I'm alive and well

:burnout:Thanks for the concern--things have been happening hot and heavy since the New Year. Had a bacterial throat infection, mild flu, strained back--Ginny was about in a wheel chair with a very painful hip--got her to the Doc--bursitis--shot of cortesone--she's better than new. kids and grandkids had some rough times, but things are looking up. The best news is my Kuhmo Soltus 255/55/18s are the best thing that has happened to my MM--GREAT tires--no ASB problems up to 100 mph--and the most amazing thing--there is not a single weight on either tire:)
I think it's about time to have a MM get-to-gather --just us at the old Chucks (now Sonic) Everybody knows where it is--good food---free meeting room and parking for 100 cars--maybe a Sunday about 3 PM--visit ,, eat, see what's new and maybe get some of the 25+ new MM owners in the Metroplex to come out of hiding. And , you'll still have time to make a Cruise if you want to. Last year was a club disaster--we need to get organised again and have some FUN like we used to--What do you folks say ??????????????? If there is enough interest, I'll set up a Thread and make all the arrangements--it's up to you--HOPE to see a bunch of you soon, Maury:beer::burnout::banana2:

Let's Do It!!!

Sounds great. If Chucks is still closed there's a MiMi's there too.

Or another option might be Two Rows again.

I meet up with Maury for breakfast last month just before Auto-Rama and saw his new tires, they are sweet. If you have a meet here in DFW I hope I can go, my work schedule often changes. Then everyone can see my Crown Vic Marauder clone. I just did the floor shifter mod and loving it. Would still prefer a real Marauder, but mine will work and most people get fooled, LOL.

Hey guys, I didn't get to see much of you all last year, growing family and all, but would love to come out for a GTG somewhere. Where Chuck's used to be is fine by me. Just put new tires on the MM myself, went with the Nitto combo, but am interested in checking out the Kumho's. Have Kumho's on my Mustang, didn't know about the Solstus, but might go with them on the next round. Hope to see ya'll soon.
