The Parrot brand you show is popular.For the last 6 months I have been learning to fly on a UDI U818A from Amazon,$65,. It is a good one to learn on before you spend the big bucks.
The Hubspan is a big seller also. My UDI has a camera and will go about 300 FT up or out, a lot of fun. The DJI Phantom is one to look into after you get some experience.

I can check with my neighbor, he has a few. I almost shot one out of the sky one night. He was watching me aim the shot gun and he got it out of the area.
After about 2 weeks of flying I love it. If you are going to fly it in the house I'd buy the guard and plenty of extra propellers if notThe Hubsan X4 H107. $43 @ Amazon
