Anyone remote mount the oil filter?

I'm looking at getting this remote mount setup from MMR: https://www.modularmotorsportsracing.com/cart/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=3&products_id=969

Has anyone used it? The water outlet on their adapter goes out straight, where the factory one makes a 90 degree turn... I'm wondering how hard connecting this up would be.

I don’t recall what connection was on mine but it wasn’t hard to install.

This was my old set-up.
I also had an AccuSump 1 Qt accumulator for cold starts and long dormant periods.
I mounted the remote oil filter on the drivers side front frame rail using an FL-1A filter.

I guess I'm going to go the spin on adapter route then... I just like the bolt-on style better as it looks a little cleaner/oem-ish.
