THIRD PARTY asking price

I'm interested in a SB and its not often one comes up for sale in Texas. But I also know that based on the asking price considering the miles it may be a little high when compared to this DTR with far fewer miles that barely went over $6000. I always hope a seller gets their asking price but I also hope the asking price is within reason based on condition of product being sold.
