Auto Theft rings

A large auto theft ring has been operating in Louisiana recently, according to my LEO family members, and taking cars made by the Chrysler Company, any late model make or model from 300's to vans. At least thirty members are known to be involved of which many have been captured. But not before dozens of cars were stolen. Apparently for parts.

We know that our MM's are on the hot list and at least one member has had his MM stolen. So maybe a review of security is in order. Be aware.

My 1996 GM w/ Perf Pkg was stolen. They found her a few weeks later stripped.:mad2:

It was a theft ring and found near a chop shop.

Took our notoriously corrupt police dept 2 years to bust them. Only after they got a new police chief and cleaned house!

If a BG is in my house (garage IS included) I WILL NOT hesitate to pull the trigger on either my glock 31sf or my mossburg 500 w/ pistol grip and flash suppressor.

A dead BG cant be a witness in court, and will never get that close to my kids.

I am a believer in better to be judged by 12 than carried by 6, but seriously guys... when you boil it down, it is a car. Yes we love our cars, but.... man really. Those of you who who talkall this crap about pulling the trigger on someone better be sure you know what the hell your talking about. The only thing separating the garage from the hallway my kids rooms are on is a laundry room.... its not about the car, its about his location. I dont need a judge or jury.

+1, and all should be aware that there are very few states with the "King Of The Castle" law. NYS is one of them, surprisingly. Keep in mind that even on a good shoot you are going to be sued by the family of the person you croaked. Ya know, he could have provided welfare benefits for years that you took away from them. So, you will probably lose the car anyway.

Kill the scumbags!! If they need to resort to stealing a car, then they are probably stealing from all of us in the form of wellfare, increased insurance rates,and our cars or breaking into our homes, killing peoples families or friends. I say kill them first before they get us law abiding citizens!! In any case they would be out of jail doing the same crimes. So if one comes to my home. He will be in alot of pain first before he dies. And it will not change my life but only the dirt bag. Weed out the week and stupid!!!

Castle Doctrine or not....as long as you say you were in fear of your life and "i heard him say he had a gun and he was going to kill my whole family" there wont be a jury around that will convict you. If you say you shot him to protect your car, you will be doing time. So as long as hes laying in a pool of his own blood, no one has any evidence that he didn't threaten to kill your whole family.

Yeah, a Capitol Hill police officer shot a suspect who was attempting to steal his SRT-8 Charger. He was later charged with attempted murder by the DA office because the state of Maryland support the dirt bags here. The case went to trial and the officer was found not guilty....
