Bone stock?

IMO it is these cars that will really be worth something years down the road.

Agreed. I've had mine 2 1/2 years, and 6500 miles. I've been to STAP twice and to Ford's 100th anniversary in Dearborn.

So far I've made every mile count, and the car goes out most every weekend during the summer months.

Best,

Paul :D

With all the talk of modifications on this website, I'm curious as to how many of you out there are bone stock. [Cosmetic mods such as tint do not count as mods in this thread.] I'm referring to owners who have done nothing to enhance performance above factory levels and are happy being stock.

Is this you? Are you out there lurking? Let your voice be heard!

Yes, Bone Stock! :banana2:

Mine is stock except for audio upgrades. I have a 67 Galaxie convertible that gets alot of my $. For everyday driving I really like my marauder, but low end grunt is lacking, so I will be calling Lidio soon.

Bone stock

 Bone stock Silver Birch 04 , I've put almost 10k miles since October 04 and still lovin' it. Mod's are surely in the future once the workshop and master bedroom are completed. Since owning this car I've only seen three others in my California travels. Quite unique in San Diego, let alone California. :burnout:

I think mine is stock. Hey with only 3200 of these made in 2004. And the way older cars are selling for OUTRAGIOUS prices. May have to just keep it that way. However, I WILL have to use a Diablo Super-thing, K&N.

Maybe some finned coil covers

Gods Head Badges

Chrome the Wheels

Well, pretty stock

My '04 is totally factory stock with 5000 miles, one year anniversary was on 4/15/05, and am completely satisfied with the beast. Well, with the exception of how the tranny shifts, especially around town-that really sucks. So I at least want to do Lidio's tune to fix that.

Otherwise I enjoy driving the Marauder as much or more than my '01 Mustang Bullitt!

My 2003 has over 26,000 miles and is still bone stock. It is my daily driver and I am happy with it...for now.:burnout:

Hmm

Would the following be acceptable on my future MM:
K&N drop in filter
Weatherflectors
Anti theft valve caps
Dash cover
Home made dead pedal
even sized front tires (4)
steering wheel cover
seat covers
Wheel locks

UPDATE: I have done all of the following except the even-sized tires and the seat covers. Count me in as a bone stock MMer (for now).

I'm bone stock don't even have the windows tinted. Have 60000 miles and not a mod to date. Not by choice that is just don't have the money for it. Been dumping money into other hobbies. May start saving for the Trilogy but who knows how many miles I'll have by the time I get the funds. About to get the beater fixed so may stop driving the MM except on nice days so may be able to keep the miles steady. Hell the only thing I do to the MM is change the oil and thats about it, gotta get a new belt this week starting to get a tiny squeak. LOL

Just saw this thread. Yeah, still stock. Like Darth Marauder said, no coin to do enhancement, not with two in college.

Still stock except for the dead pedal, but like Go Mifuni I have a shelf full of parts-gears,tuner,plugs,stat and I just bought the girdle from Nexstar7.Hopefully I'll get 'em done before Krytin has us out to his track...:D

I'm bone stock too :bs: I must admit, I did think the car performed wonderfully in stock trim. All except the shifts.

T-Minus 5 Days till the end of stock and hello Trilogy #117.
Love the car stock but still feels it should have come with better low end grunt and better brakes.
They probably designed the MM so that it didn't scare people right off the showroom floor.
Funny that for such a low production number they took that approach.
Someone in upper management wussed out....and really screwed up.
Chysler is mopping up on that mistake.
COMPLETELY BONE STOCK 1/4 Mile 14.62.

Well, mine lasted about a week after I got it. I put in a K&N Drop in and installed a previously owned SCT Chip w/ a Lidio Tune (Thanks Mad4Macs!).

Up next, Gears! :D

Congrats....no Chrystler nor anything else in the 14's will be keeping up with you in 5 days. Even if they get the jump on you due to a better reaction time, and you have to play catch-up. You'll still fly right be them. I can assure you of that. ;)

I am still stock (that is until I win the supercharger). Did not really plan on modifying until warranty ran out. But since I have an extended warranty that may take awhile.
