Had I known there were very few pad option available for the Wildwoods, I wouldnt have bought them.
Im still displeased with the braking.
Ive had the 20's and the 10's on my car. Both stopped the same, but the 10's produce little to no dust.
Ive yet to try the Hawks.
Ive bled the system til I was Blue in the face trying to get a better pedal and stopping power to no avail.
I've had ZERO (0) problems with my Wilwoods. A little dusty for my taste but it stops on a dime and gives $.09 change.
Dont get me wrong, they stop very well.
...Just no where close to Baer Brakes.
I don't have "big brakes", but the Hawk HPS and Brembo OEMs provide significantly better performance over my stock setup. Several friends run the Hawk HP+ and are quite pleased with them also.I also have one old set of HPS kicking around here if someone would like them for deal.
The HPS and HP+ use ferro-carbon compounds.Red - Are those Hawk pads also known as the performance pads ferro-carbon ?
