We've had out MV-III Roll Call, everyone made it there safely. At the end of a tour of duty, comes the Check Off. Is everyone home safely?

I just spoke to NAVCHAP, Keith is still on the road and just coming out of Salt Lake City. He sends his regards to all, and thanks all of you for a great MV-III experience. He mentioned that the Teamropes may still be out on the road too. Keith is traveling alone now, Fourth Horseman should be likewise home too. Anyone else still traveling?

Let's keep them in our prayers, folks, until the Check Off is complete.
 
Bluerauder and the S.O.B. were back home in Virginia before 9:30 PM Sunday night. Smooth trip the entire way. Was part of the Ohio convoy until they peeled off one-by-one. :D

We got back to NY at 12:30 in the morn on Monday. 12 1/2 hrs on the road and 2-3 of those hrs as part of the convoy through Ohio. I got some great video clips on my phone as Marauder after Marauder went flying by. What a great thing to be a part of. Can't wait to do it again next year. Thanks all!

Logan is but a mere puppet. We all know the real master of space and time... yes, I am speaking of Tony Danza. HE is the man in control. HE has hundreds of guys [plus dozens of girls, and even a few transvestites] just like Logan scurrying about the planet doing his bidding for him. Checking In/Hemi LE/Many Thanks

Made it back ok Sunday night on the wings of NWA. No noticeable difficulty with the labour issue that night. NWA was even able to put me on an earlier flight.

Did see an interesting thing on the way to the airport at the exit from 696 west to 275 south. A fast ricer bike was zooming along on 696 and a Dodge or something pickup truck sped up a got on his tail. All of a sudden to the biker's surprise (and just about eveyone else) a light show commenenced from the pickup and he pulled the biker over... so I guess the Detroit guys have an unmarked Hemi Truck for speed control activities... hope it didn't spoil any MM Sunday afternoon cruzin.

Oh yeah, Thanks again to the MCM team for a great MVIII Week and WDC! Although I didn't get to meet everyone, it was a treat to meet those I did and place a face with the on line names. Thanks again for a most memorable event!!! :D
 
Home Safely

Pulled into the driveway at 10:35 PM Monday. Great trip, no problems at all-----until I was pulled over by a Police Officer 11 miles from home--2,600 miles safely and then this---He pulled me over, checks my documents--then asks me TO GET OUT OF THE CAR :confused: we walk around to the back of the cart---my license plate light was out :D --we talked about the Marauder for a while and he wished me a safe trip home and drove away--whew !!!--if he had checked--I did not have the required front plate--had a show plate installed. THANKS to the MCM group for doing an unbelievable job--I HAD A BALL :banana2: :banana: :burnout: ---all is well at home--back to the old schedule--will be 102 degrees tomorrow---It was great visiting with all you folks and wish you a lot of fun with your Marauders---NOW, where are we going next year ?????? Maury
