One of the members here saw my ad on the mustang board and I know it is my seconded post. But I am a long time lurker by following your eaton swap threads. If it wasn't for this website I would of aqcuired all this stuff.
So here we go
I don't like installing dirty things, so everything has been cleaned or refurbished or leaked checked.
The eaton has been rebuilt by posi performance and has "Street Port" which ports the inside of the supercharger and does not modify the bottom. Contact brian at posi for more info on his non-advertised street ports.
The lower intake has been drilled and tapped for a Lighting IAT sensor which is wired by splicing the IAT wiring for maf to the sensor. (so you computer can read the temps after the intercooler instead of before.) I can include the stock termy IAT sensor as a plug to fill the hole. The price also includes a new Lightning IAT sensor too.
Lower Heat Exchanger under intake and front mount intercooler has been professionally cleaned and leak checked
all soft and hard intercooler lines included, plus pump, and wiring.
Stock termy fuel intake rail, 39# injectors, 90mm Maf, Throttle body, throttle bracket, new throttle cable
JLT cobra cold air intake with new K&N filter
Tgoursh Eaton swap brackets, All correct fasteners, new additional pulleys to reroute accessory belt, Metco lower 7.5". (metco is smaller than a standared termy do to my build was trying to stay around 6-8 pounds. A stock termy lower diameter is about 10 plus pounds on a N/A mod motor, not counting the ported blower cooler intake charge would increase power even more.
Will also include a KenneBell 99-01 Cobra and 03/04 Mach 1 installation manual that I copied from a friend who has the kennebell unit. It is handy for wiring the knock sensors on a cobra and the intercooler pump to run via computer reading engine temps.
Also have complete terminator engine harness if needed for oem wiring or using a termy computer which is not needed. $100
Also have 99-04 steering column boost gauge with pod for additional $100
I will ship freight via Fedex, which will require you to go to your nearest fedex hub and pick up. There is one in most citys. Or if you know someone with a business and a dock door they can deliver. I have a plastic engine crate to pack it all securly.
Cost is $2900 plus shipping without the harness and Boost gauge
3200 plus shipping With all the extra parts
If there are some items you don't need we can always deduct from the final cost.
If your willing to meet near Indianapolis, IN within 60 miles I would even lower the price another $100 to save on time of packing and shipping.
If you need some feedback on who I am, my ebay call sign is carrew.
