Received the ROAV device yesterday. Easy to set up - works as advertised. My observations: iPhone volume has to be set at max. Radio volume has to be set higher than normal to achieve suitable volume. iPhone-iTunes fidelity not as crisp as OEM CD-Cassette player but still acceptable IMO. Middle button allows one to receive/clear phone calls. Now, I'm looking around for something to place the phone in front of me or attached to the sun visor...

Mine works well. This product is evolving quickly, 'new and improved' replacements are showing up constantly. Do check the reviews before you buy.
