LOCATION: Casselberry Commons Shopping Center (formerly "Butler Plaza") at Hwy. 436 and Howell Branch RD.

TOPIC FOR DISCUSSION:
We will be meeting at 11:am and caravan to the East side to Titusville and visit one of the finest Seafood places around, "The Dixie Crossroads". It's about an hour ride. We should be on our way back to our regular Casselberry meet and be there by 6:pm. I remember over at Z's home last month a few members mentioned comming to our meet here in Central Florida. Well Guys and Gals, this would be a good time for you to visit. We'll get to caravan, eat, caravan back and make our regular meet at 6:30pm and talk about the Picnic in South Fl. Please let me know ASAP if you will be attending so we can give Dixie Crossroads a head count to reserve seats. If you would rather meet @ Dixie Crossroads, here is the address:

This is SSM 2nd Florida Meet which is held in Central Florida. SSM also Meet in South Florida. Look for the thread posted by "Cobra25"

Can't get a kitchen pass

Wife says, "You have lots to do during the day, but I'll let you out in the evening for the Cruise-in while I go shopping." Shucks. I love Dixie Crossroads. I guess Silver Springs, Cruise-in 14th, Daytona Grand-am race 27th, Cruise-in with Go-Karting 28th and then Picnic on Feb 19th she thinks I'm spending too much money.

I'm working on it. Doesn't look good for lunch but will be at Commons for dinner and cruise-in.

Thanks for the post Eggie! My wife's family lives in Titusville, so this will be a great time to go in two cars! I'm not sure how many will be at Dixie Crossroads, so just use 2 for counting purposes. If I can confirm more, I'll post it here.

Is this going to turn into a dinner thing too? (back in Casselberry)

You can put Denise and I down for the cruise to lunch, but I don't know if we will be able to meet later in Casselberry.

Where are we planning to meet to caravan over?
 
We Will Be There !!

Mary and I plan on the Lunch run to Titusville AND the Casselberry Meet.

We have been talking to folks about meeting at Smokey Bones across the street from the Casselberry Commons at 4:PM for a bite and a drink - or 4. That way, anyone who doesn't go to Titusville can still party with the group.

Then crossing the street for the Meet at 6:PM or so.:burnout:

How about going East on RT 46 to A1A - LUNCH - and home on RT 50? If you know a more scenic route, lets do it.

Deb and I plan on joining the group, but over here in Titusville at the
Dixie Crossroads. Don't know about Casselberry afterwards as yet.

Just for clarification on the directions to the restaurant.
SR 46 (from Sanford) intersects I-95 at mile marker 223.
The next exit south, mile marker 220, is SR 406 (aka Garden Street)
The restaurant is on Garden St just a couple of miles east of the interstate.
SR 50 intersects the interstate at mile marker 215.

Donk, Thanks for the heads up and the great directions.

Can we get this info on the "front page" of MM.net so everyone who goes to the site can see this Saturday Cruise? Who knows, maybe lots of Florida folks would like to join us - but maybe they don't look at Sunshine State Marauder's site.

Can't make the trip to Dixie Crossroads, but probably will see you at Smoky Bones and the meet. Freddy and I are both sick at the current time. Depends on how we are feeling by next weekend.
 
For those of us around Orlando that are planning on doing the lunch at Dixie Crossroads Saturday. . . . . where are we meeting at 11:00?

I'm all for doing that, just don't think anyone ever gave a location.

Anyone know?

We meet at 11:AM at Casselberry Commons - the same place we have our monthly car show.
Lets all stay in touch by cell phone Saturday.
