Does anyone have the resistor ladder values for the audio steering wheel controls?

I'm working on a headunit and want it to work with the stock steering wheel controls.
Does anyone have the values for the resistor ladder of the audio buttons?
The speed controls are in the service manual but I can't find the audio ones.

Well I can't find them for any of the Panthers, but I did find them for an 03 Mountaineer and I'm pretty sure they are the same across most radios.

73.2 for volume down
+133 for volume up
+237 for next
+543 mode
+3920 to ground.

I used a PAC steering wheel interface module on my 04.
