Electric exhaust cutout question

I am very close to getting a set of electric cutouts. I want to know if they will actually hold up in the winter. I need to use my Marauder in the snow and anything else that comes my way. I am concerned that they electric wiring might be at risk or some of the other electronics might have problems after a winter or two.

Will these hold up? Is there some way I can protect the electronics?

I do not plan on using them in the winter, but I probably will.

:D

Let me know!

Thanks.

The electronics can be protected easily with (blue) potting compound. I believe it is a Dow Corning product. Call someone in the manufacturing area of an aerospace company. They will be happy to give you the out of date stuff free, it's cheaper than paying a chemical recycler to dispose of it per EPA regs.

If there is nothing to worry about I'm happy.

Now I need someone to guide me though installing the electrical part.

Any takers? I'll give you cash or booze!

you can easily install them yourself! get some race ready performance cutouts that have a life time warranty and then get there new wireless remote so you dont have to cut a hole in your dash! ITS LEGIT and i love it!

Which ones? Got link? I thought about these mufflers which have a "manual" cutout option.
